• The inquiry was gathering steam, and at last things were beginning to come together. Determining to destroy the dishonest network that had claimed so many lives and tarnished the highest levels of authority, Kimberly, Jasmine, Isabella, and Rachel were working nonstop. Still, the risk rose dramatically as they got closer to their goals.
