Chapter 10 Unraveling Truths

• Reaction to the press briefing left the city in disarray. Corruption was screamed about in the headlines, people were arrested, and the fury grew. Moving between safe homes and keeping a tight eye on events, Kimberly and her group remained low key. They knew their adversaries were still out there, waiting for an opportunity to retaliate, even in spite of their triumph.
• They had gone into hiding some weeks ago. Restless, Kimberly couldn't get rid of the uneasy feeling. Rachel blinked up from her laptop one evening as she and her sat in the safe house.
• "Turn this screen toward Kimberly," Rachel instructed. Encrypted message, that is. All of a sudden it appeared."
