Chapter 63

• “I love you.” Toby breathed on my neck as he left my lips, and his breath fanned the wet skin there, making it so hard to resist him, and I melted against him, my entire body turning to jelly. “I love you, Maddie.” He whispered again as he kissed my skin, and I closed my eyes as if I could actually feel his words in me.
• He had no idea what he was doing to me, for a girl that has never experienced the love she wanted, yet here he was doing every possible means to show it to me.
• His lips were soft on mine, kissing me with all the love he had to give, and I received it all, taking all he gave. Until his lips gently left mine, slowly so I could still feel the aftertaste of him as he was leaving, and he hovered over me.
