• The meeting with my siblings—well, betas now—took way more time than I thought it would, and it was already past dinner time by the time we were through, but for some reason, I couldn’t stomach anything.
• Instead I chose to stay back in my office, trying to put some things in place, especially as a general pack meeting will be coming up.
