Chapter 33
- “Toby, calm down.” I gripped his arm tightly, using every bit of my strength to hold him back from my father.
- “Who the hell is this, and what is an intruder doing in my pack?” My father barked, showing no signs of fear; instead, he was glaring at my mate, looking at him with silted eyes, and if looks could burn, I was sure that Toby would have been reduced to ashes.
- “It is technically mine now,” I snapped, annoyed that he was still trying to control the pack even though he had handed the reins over to me. “And that is no way to talk to anyone.”
