- My siblings sat on the chairs in front of me, their heads deep in the files I had sent while we pondered the affairs of the pack. We have been going over this for more than three hours now, and our stomachs were already rumbling. I couldn’t even remember when I had something tangible to eat, and it was telling on me now.
- “Why don’t we go take breakfast, and we will continue this later?” I asked my brother’s, and their eyes lit up as if I had promised to give them all of my inheritance.
