Chapter 72

• I had eventually cried myself to sleep. With the mental visual of a dirty scam holding my two pups over freezing water, it had to be water, nothing else. I couldn't think about fire or chainsaws, they crossed my mind but that wasn't pleasant. I still had to take my sleep so that I clear my head a bit and maybe then I would be able to think straight.
• I admit, I wasn't in my right mind, I had to cool off first and be rational. Those child thieves are all the bad words I can think of. But a rational mind could call them better. Rest it was.
• Snuggling up with Aiden felt nice, all the time it did. But today I felt mixed snuggling with him didn't feel like the way it is supposed to. I didn't want him to leave me though, just this was enough to keep my mind at some what peace.
