• We were into the first week of November when Dina, the beta's wife, came by with plans of a baby shower. "It took you too long" I said to her. It must have been weeks since the beta himself came by to find the Luna with children. Dina just laughs, "yes we have taken our time, but we wanted to make sure that the pups have grown a bit to not make the event difficult for you and Aiden.
• So thoughtful of them. I thought. But in my opinion babies are easier to handle when they are little sweet things before they get to notice their surroundings. I wasn't going to tell her that, she will find out sooner than later seeing that she is far gone in her pregnancy.
• Come to think of it, isn't she supposed to have had her baby by now? "Excuse me if I am wrong, but Dina, weren't you supposed to have the baby by now?" I ask. "babies" she corrects me then smiles "I'm having a litter, three of them they told me." Three! wow this is so interesting.
