Chapter 100 Escape

• "Please allow me to see Cayden." Selna begged Michelle as she entered Selena's room with the food tray.
• Her father vanished after repeatedly threatening her. Selena remained restless in her bed for the rest of the night. She knew she wouldn't be able to forgive herself if he died or if something happened to Cayden. She spent hours lying in her bed, tossing and turning in its comfort. Her mind was agitated and stressed because of the long night she had endured. Her father had used her as a pawn in his game. He didn't require her to act as a spy. But why was he keeping her alive?
