Chapter 30

• Dawn turned to Logan, she looked at him in the eyes, and spoke “In a matter of hours, I lost everything. I lost my mother, my friendship with Malachi, but most of all I lost my pack. All I have to show, for now, is this dress I am wearing; I have nothing Logan. My mother sacrifices her life to save me, and I’m not going to see her ever again” Dawn started to cry; Logan wrapped his arms around her as he held her, she let all of her emotions out, then she inhaled his scent that helps her calm down a little. “It’s going to be ok Dawn; you have me now, and you know I’m not letting you go ever. I promise to take care of you forever,” he told her, wiping away her tears with his thumb. Dawn blushed, then they both kissed each other on the lips; when the kiss broke Dawn spoke: “It’s getting late; we need to get to bed.”
• Logan nods, and they both lay down; Dawn has her back turned to Logan, Logan wraps his arm around her. And he put back her hair from her neck and inhaled her scent. Logan realizes that Dawn is already fast asleep; he lay there continue inhaling her scent when darkness takes over.
• The next day, Logan and Dawn took a tour around town; with the money that Logan saved, they could buy groceries, get Dawn some clothes, and a pair of sneakers. They both knew, that soon they would have to get jobs to earn money, they was were cool with that both of them already accepted the fact that they are now rouges, and that comes with responsibility. While walking around, they took notice of a red two-story house with roses in the front yard. What drew their attention to the house was a sign that said they do marriage ceremonies.
