Chapter 51
- They were almost at the packhouse when William mind-linked Vanessa to let her know they were coming, and Catalina was with them. when they got to the pack, the gates opened the pack members greeted them all. Everyone shifted into their human form, and they immediately received clothes from their loved ones. Catalina, William, and Logan saw how happy everyone was with laughter, and tears. Seeing that brought a smile to their faces. “William” he recognized the voice that called him, he immediately turned around, and saw that it was Vanessa. “William, Catalina, Logan you guys are back,” Vanessa said running over to hug them. Vanessa hugs Catalina tight that tears fall from their eyes. Vanessa broke the hug looking over Catalina, making sure there were no bruises on her “Mom, I’m ok, you don’t worry anymore,” Catalina told her. “I know baby; I’m so happy that you are home safe,” Vanessa said.
- Vanessa looked over to William, and Logan, she gave them hugs, and kisses. “I’m glad that you are all back, I hope that you all are hungry. All of us ladies had made a feast, we figure that everyone will be hungry” she told them. Catalina stated, “We do have something to celebrate we have 4 new pack members”. “You right Catalina, let’s go celebrate,” Logan said, they all nodded. At the dining hall, laughter fills the air, everyone is thrilled when they find out that Jacob, and Noelle are mates. Also, they welcome new pack members Cynthia, Destiny, Alexis, and Michael. Cynthia mated to Lorenzo, Destiny mated to Michael, which brought more happiness to the pack Catalina, William, and Logan told Vanessa everything that happens from seeing Dawn, they ended it by telling her how Catalina is now the moon goddess discipline, when Catalina eyes lit up blue, that had Vanessa and everyone in the pack looking in shock.
- Vanessa became a true believer in how the moon goddess works in mysterious ways. Vanessa uttered, “I knew you had a purpose in life, I felt it deep in my heart that you meant to lead this pack into a better future. I’m proud to call you my child” she looked at Catalina. Catalina smiled and said, “I’m happy that the moon goddess blessed me with a wonderful family. You all taught me well, and I promise that I will never disappoint any of you”. “Catalina, we all love you, and you could never disappoint us; in life, you will make mistakes, and you will learn from them. Don’t ever be afraid to come to us if you have problems, and we are all here to help no matter what. You have grown into a beautiful woman but remember you will always be my sweet pea” Logan said, William, and Vanessa nodded in agreement. When dinner ended, everybody was heading to their homes; Bryson ensured that the new pack members settled into their new home.
