Chapter 55 Tables Turn

• Nolan quickly shut his eyes and the beast smiled, it sent its gaze towards a very tired Danica. She tried getting to the silver bars in a last attempt to split them one last time. She was aware he wanted to make sure she watched every bit of him wiping out Nolan's memories.
• He spit the itching chemical at Nolan's face who tried, by all means, to keep his eyes shut but the chemical was so itchy, and only fresh air was going to relieve him. But he knew what awaited him on the other side if he dared opening his eyes.
• The Beast was confused, he had earlier thought Nolan was going to jump at the opportunity and wanted the mess out of his life. But it looked like he was going with his feelings.
