Chapter 41 Quality Time: Leo POV

• I sighed happily as Cy slept on his side on my chest, my hand resting on his waist. It was nearing the end of his last month and he was due any day now. It'd been quiet from both Tyler and the, now fully healed, Sarah. She hadn't even wandered to our pack to pass the time. Thank The Mother. Cy's tummy was the size of a blue ribbon watermelon and it'd become a hassle for him to walk most distances. Though I rarely let him walk anywhere these days. His mood swings had also been a bit more...noticeable. As long as I was there, though, he was fine. He groaned quietly as he shifted against me. I looked down at him as he sighed, his eyes opening slightly before he stretched and got up. He glanced at me in exasperation,

We were laying down because he was sleepy, for one; the second reason was that his feet had started to swell slightly. This was one of the ways I kept him off his feet. It also was positioned near a bathroom; another upside. I turned the tv on watching some HBO original. Cy came back out and settled back against me. It didn't take long for him to fall back asleep.
