Chapter 27: The Truth

• Jax deftly removed all the clothes that were still attached to his body. He kissed Ann's lips very gently and stroked her skin as carefully as if he were touching porcelain. Ann felt comfortable with Jax's touch and her lips curved into a slight smile. Quickly, Jax took off Ann's clothes. The woman did not refuse and let Jax see her smooth and seductive body.
• Jax's hand crept slowly across Ann's skin, teasing her in sensitive areas of her body until she let out a soft sigh of pleasure.
• Ann needed Jax's touch to clear her confusion. Ann needed someone to be by her side, reassured her that she's okay, and made her safe that she had people who care about her.
