Chapter 29 Surreal

• Rachel woke up with a throbbing pain in her head and a sharp ache radiating through various parts of her body. She quickly realized what had happened, but the explanation for the event remained an unsolvable mystery.
• The fog still lingered around her, though it had thinned slightly. Rachel glanced around anxiously, searching for any clues about what could have hurled her car with such brutal force. Still, she remained utterly baffled as to what could have caused such overwhelming destruction.
• A pulse of fear tightened in her chest—the unknown that awaited her outside was deeply unsettling. Yet she knew staying inside the vehicle wasn’t an option. She tried to move, but a sharp pain in her leg revealed a deep cut.
