• Vincent ended up carrying Eloise to the living room after she complained that her legs were too weak to support her. Bella and Francesca gasped aloud as he walked into the room, their eyes widening with shock.
• Gently, Vincent lowered Eloise onto the plush couch. As soon as he did, her friends hurried over, their initial worry soon turning into excitement upon seeing her unkempt appearance and flushed cheeks.
