• JANE POV
• "Was this all a dream? Was Noah dead? Was it all a prank? Why did he take the bullet for me? I just couldn't believe this was happening to me." That was the only thought that kept wandering around jane's mind, she couldn't help it as a hot stream of tears kept dripping from her eyes. She wanted to stop crying but she wasn't in control of how shattered her heartfelt then.
• She watched as Marcus' guard dumped her into one of Marcus' bedrooms and locked her inside. She tried to open the door but found out it was locked from outside. She didn't know what to do as she kept looking for something to try to open the door which was locked from outside, she had tried everything she could think of but it wasn't giving in.
