• I stare at the brightly lit house in front of me, taking it in. Inside was the woman I yearned for for so many years. She was this close yet so damn far away, and it was frustrating.
• After finishing brunch with Rachelle, I spent the rest of the day trying to figure out a good way to approach Gabby about her current situation. I already knew she wasn't going to make helping her easy, but I refused to take no for an answer.
