Chapter 79 An Old Flame, Reignited

  • Luna's POV
  • The afternoon sun streamed into my studio, spilling across the floorboards in warm, honeyed light. The glow crept up the legs of my easel and kissed the edge of the unfinished canvas in front of me. I could smell turpentine and jasmine tea—my tea, still steaming gently on the work table beside a palette of drying paint. The street below hummed with life: vendors calling, footsteps on the pavement, the occasional rattle of a passing tram.
  • The studio had become more than a workspace. It was a pulse. A heartbeat. A place where every corner breathed with my touch.
