Chapter 75

• Nate’s POV
• I waited around the kitchen because I was sure that I was going to forget the food inside of the microwave if I dare leave it on there with the thought of coming back to it in a little while, and so I leaned back against the counter in the kitchen, the one directly opposite the microwave, and I started to glanced around the kitchen just for the fun of it.
• So, I was definitely signing the contracts tomorrow, those were the first words that echoed around in my head almost immediately after I had started to slowly get lost in my thoughts, and I moved my weight to my right foot after a fleeting moment, leaving more heavily against the counter behind me.
