• I couldn’t help it, he was still as beautiful as ever, looking so damn edible in that suit of his and a little volor flooding his cheeks. It didn’t matter that I had tried to convince myself countless times that Nate was only a playboy who can never catch feeling, and that it was going to be completely pointless for me to still be thinking about him, but like I said hi there, I just couldn’t help it.
• I watched as he chewed on his lower lips as he stared down at his legs, and I’d bet my whole money st this very moment that he wasn’t listening to a thing that both our fathers were currently talking about. I knew Nate that well to know just how easy it is for him to zone out of situations without even realizing it or purposely attempting to do the said zoning out.
