Chapter 37 Picking Up The Pieces
- “I am never going to date ever again,” Sienna Hart muttered, her voice muffled by the cushion she was hugging. She tilted her head toward the mountain of fur and attitude that sauntered up beside her, tail flicking like a warning flag. “Do you hear me, Mochi?”
- Mochi, her enormous orange-and-white Maine Coon cat, gave an irritated grunt before sprawling onto the edge of the small sofa like a king claiming his throne. At nearly twenty pounds, he was more beast than pet, and he hated everything that dared to exist within his line of sight.
- Sienna sighed, watching as he made himself comfortable, scattering tufts of soft fur over the cushions.
