Chapter 28

• She walked past the building only to see a back door and to meet an eye-catching young man who was just entering the elevator. He was clad in a wine two-piece suit, putting on black eyeglasses and his beard, oh god, was as black as charcoal. He was light in complexion, the kind of guy you’ll see in the front of book covers, and his shoe was just so shiny she could lick it. She could have asked why he was passing the back door but was so mesmerized by his beauty that she just kept gawking.
• “Ma’am, are you coming in?” She heard a deep masculine voice say.
• She was jerked off her thoughts by his voice which melted its way to her heart. She nodded at him before putting on her shade and entering the elevator with him. They were the only ones in the elevator, making him keep to the right and her keep to the left. She continued to glance at him at intervals until she was caught red-handed by the man.
