• I had been contemplating what our next move would be when the door to the room I was using as an office was thrown open. Zayde came walking in with a scowl in his face. I could tell something was bothering him. Jace was right behind him. He shut my door as Zayde sat down. He seemed confused as I was about Zayde's weird mood. He was not mad, but I could tell he had been thinking about whatever was bothering him for a while. Jace gave him a little nudge which brought him back to reality. He shot a glare at both of us. He was not usually this distracted. Out of the three of us he is usually the most focused. That was more a Jace thing. He tended to be the most easily distracted of the three of us.
