• “Why are you hurting me like this? You hurt me early in the morning as soon as I woke up from sleep. Yet I slept with you again thinking that you had reasons for hurting me. What did I do to deserve this kind of hurtful words from my own mate? Please don’t do this to me” I sobbed as I spoke. I felt sad for myself. Why am I so unlucky?
• Soon after I was grabbed by Damen as he made me look at him by pulling my hair, like he did in the morning. Why is he so cruel and heartless? Not like the man who was in my dreams. He was Damen, his every feature was similar to Damen but he loved his mate.
