- For days, I told myself I would send word to Rowan and Victor. Letting them know I had Liana would stir the chaos I needed to press my advantage. Rowan’s fury and Victor’s desperation would weaken their defenses, giving me room to strike where it hurt most. It was the logical move, the strategic one.
