• Life had spiraled into so much activity that I had no time to think about myself. There was so much happening in the pack at the same time that I was handling five jobs at a time. I wanted to talk to Darius but before I could speak with him, I would fall asleep. Still I would call him and at least chat a little whenever I found time.
• Even Darius was extremely busy. Ever since he had acquired Rowan’s pack, he was rebuilding it from scratch just like I was doing with mine.
