Chapter 17 You're My Hero

• Kane walked into his house and darkness was looming around. He could've switched on the lights but he didn't bother to because he can see clearly in the dark. He could have teleported himself into his room, but he just felt like walking there with his drenched clothes. His clothes were soaking wet due to the torrential rain from outside. He had just gone out for a meeting in the cemetery when the rain began falling. He threw himself on his bed without changing his wet clothes and sighed, lying on the bed just made it seem like he was back in the coffin. That horrible coffin that he was forced to sleep in for ten years and all because of something that wasn't his fault. Kane thought about how things used to be, how happy and carefree he was until the day that everything changed for him.
