  • The night was falling quickly, and as we ventured deeper into the forest, the darkness began to swallow the path ahead. The chill in the air grew more biting, and I could feel the exhaustion creeping up on me. My legs ached from the relentless pace we had kept since leaving Silverwood, and though I tried to push through the weariness, it was becoming increasingly harder with each step.
  • The warriors from Eastwind Pack stayed close, their presence both a comfort and a reminder of how far I had fallen from grace. I still didn’t fully understand why they had helped me, or why they seemed so intent on ensuring my safety, but at this point, I was too tired to question it. My only thought was finding shelter before nightfall.
