Chapter 15 The Feast Of The Moon

• With the rituals complete, the pack gathered for the feast of the moon. The grand hall was already decorated with flowers and curtains and gleaming lights to keep the hall warm and our spirits high. A long table was set up in the middle of the hall, laden with an array of delicious dishes. The air was filled with the mouth watering aroma of roasted meats, fresh fruits, and moon-themed desserts.
• I sat beside Ronan, feeling a sense of belonging as I looked around the joyful faces of my packmates. Laughter and conversation filled the air as everyone dined in merriment. I could feel Enya in her delightful mood too, and I have never felt so proud of myself as much as I do now. Retrieving Enya was the key piece in proving that I can do anything on my own.
