Chapter 70

• Standing in front of the life-sized mirror in my walk-in closet. I started to wonder when will it start to show up. The changes in my body.
• A smiled popped in my lips as I run my hand through my still flat stomach and through the mirror. The door to this private space of mine opened. Ender sauntered wearing a curious look on his face, his eyebrows are already meeting and his plump lips were press together forming a thin line.
• "You are still here. I thought you already left to pick them," I said to him. Ender wrap his arm around my waist and his hand rested on the very same spot where mine is stilled. We both want to feel our baby's heartbeat. Of course, we can't literally feel it or hear it without the help of the machine used for sonogram but knowing that our baby is somewhere inside of me brought us endless joy.
