Chapter 10

• The white ceiling of the hospital room welcomes her eyes as soon as she opens it. From the high and expensive-looking ceiling, she tried to move a bit and look around.
• Three steps away from the hospital bed where she's lying. Ibixa sees her sister-in-law, sleeping. She's about to lean her back on the bed's headrest when she remembers something.
• She had a nightmare. She dreamt about her parents—their death to be exact. Ibixa sighed in relief, it's not true. She convinced herself. Even though she tries to shut out all the negatives that are lingering in her mind, she can't fight them all.
