Chapter 18

• She had a book in her hands that she took from the bookshelf on the side of the working table where she'd spent some of her hours since Ender entered their room. Ibixa sighs. She isn't reading any pages of the book, to be honest. It's just her excuse to keep herself up so she doesn't have to lay on the king-sized bed where her husband's already sleeping.
• As the night deepens. Her body's desire for a good night's sleep doubless. Ibixa stretched open her mouth and shut her eyes for a yawn.
• "Ender," she murmured his name. On her mind, she called him to wake him up, but the way she blurted out his name sounded like she didn't want to disturb her husband from it good night's sleep.
