Chapter 44- The worry

• When Lilian woke up and opened her eyes, she saw the handsome man sleeping peacefully next to her, wrapping his arm around her waist. A smile gradually surfaced on her face, and her cheeks turned red, remembering last night’s madness. His bare upper body was attractive. She couldn’t resist the urge of touching his muscular chest and smiled shyly. She reached out to caress his cheek. Placing a soft kiss on his cheek, she got out of the bed and went to the washroom.
• After finishing her daily chore and taking a shower, she stepped out of the washroom, wrapping a towel on her body. Victor was still asleep. She shook her head and smiled. She grabbed her purse and took out the phone to call her mother.
• Last night she didn’t go back home and forgot to inform her as well. Her mother might be worried about her. The moment she looked at the phone, she saw countless missed calls from her mother. She felt a chill on her back. Her phone was in silent mode. Certainly, her mother would get mad at her. It wouldn’t be surprising if the cops came looking for her. She panicked and dialed her number without delay.
