• Half an hour later, David came to the ward. He saw Charles standing by the glass window, watching something outside. He approached him and said politely, “Good morning, master. What can I do for you?”
• Charles didn’t respond immediately. After a while, he opened his mouth and said, “My friend is suffering from leukemia. She is at the Lifecare Hospital in the city M. Can you bring her here?” He turned around slowly and looked at him. “I want to take care of her.”
• David chuckled and said, “Don’t worry about Miss White. Her medical bills have already been taken care of. And yes, I will arrange for her to come here.”
