Chapter 15- The get-together party- 1

• A few more days passed, and finally, the weekend came. It was the day of the get-together party, and Abigail was getting ready. The smile on her face was telling how happy she was. She was thrilled because she was going to spend the entire evening with Charles, not because of the party.
• She wore a deep green, floral lace bodice, off-shoulder swing dress. The hem of the dress ended right above her knees. The dress wrapped her well-curved body perfectly. She pinned her hair into a partial updo, and her slightly wavy hair fell freely on her shoulder. Her originally pretty face looked prettier with the light makeup she put on.
• In the meantime, Charles called her and informed her that he had already arrived at the mansion. Abigail grabbed her purse and hurried out of the mansion. She saw him leaning on his black sedan, crossing his arms across his chest. He looked more handsome in his black jeans and a white t-shirt paired with a black jacket. She used to see him in formal attire. But in this casual outfit, he seemed more youthful and charismatic. The stiff breezed was blowing his hair slightly and a few locks of his hair fell on his forehead, making him even more handsome. She stopped on the track to admire him. Her heart was beating uncontrollably faster. She was nervous to approach him.
