• Amara's POV
• I had not expected the warm welcome from my parents. I thought they would be displeased by my actions of leaving the city and also Darlington's home to return to the countryside. Instead, my father was happy, the same as my mother. They were smiling at me as we walked into the living room. My father gave me a big, welcoming hug.
• "Welcome home, my lovely daughter. You're welcome back," My father hugged me as he said, "I hadn't expected you to stay up in the city up till now. It shows how much obedience you have for us, and wanting to be there in the city with Darlington. But it's alright now. You're our child, and we will always welcome you with open arms for as long as we live."
