• The Gamma's visit reminded me that, with or without Maverick's presence, I needed to nourish my body. Shortly, I heard my stomach growl and now I could tell how hungry I Was though, Rex didn’t notice it.
• Letting out a resigned sigh, I walked over to the bed and picked up the tray. Tentatively, I took a small bite, savouring the flavours on my tongue. A sense of satisfaction washed over me as I chewed the food.
