• Two months later, Alaric finally came to take Mariah home. He had been visiting her every weekend and telling her about the progress back home. Now, the buildings have finally been completed, and they can finally go home. However, to Mariah’s surprise, she wasn’t the only one leaving. Her family was coming with her. Turned out, Alaric had come with some other dragons and golden chariots to pick everybody up; it was their mating celebration.
