Chapter 22 Chapter Twenty Two

• Cynthia had everything planned out perfectly.
• The night before, under the moonlight, she quietly asked the gardener for a few food items. These ingredients were supposed to be sent directly to her house through a trusted male servant and then delivered to the head chef at the hotel once she finished cooking. She also wrote a short note and put it in an envelope addressed to Chef Edet, the head chef at the hotel where she worked.
• By dawn, Cynthia was awake. She got dressed quickly and headed straight to the kitchen.
