Chapter 43 -The Unwanted Heir

• Bruce dropped her home and made sure he fed her with his own hands. She was tired and requested to sleep, so after he washed the dishes, he left for home. Veronica stayed in bed before slowly dozing off. However, the minute she fell asleep, she had a nightmare.
• She saw Carlos saving her from drowning, but the minute she reached the shore, she turned and saw Carlos slowly sinking.
• “NOOOO! Carlossss!” she screamed so loud that she woke herself up. When she sat in bed and realized how much she was sweating, she began to wonder why she was so upset about him drowning.
