Chapter 8 Who Is The Dog?

• Lawson let his back lie against the cold, uneven wall of the narrow confinement cell. Nothing different than four walls in a 2x3 area, with a hard board raised as a bed more uncomfortable than the floor where his large body wouldn't fit and a toilet, at least he wouldn't have to relieve himself in a corner, given his fine sense of smell he wouldn't be able to sleep if he did. Above his head a small window had the function of a vent and let in some light indicating that he had been locked in there for 6 hours already.
• He sighed and ruffled his hair. This was becoming difficult, he was not known for having a lot of patience or for being in such closed places. He had to take a deep breath so that the anxiety of being in such a small place would not torment him.
