Chapter 54 Raven Is Stingy

• Lawson cursed as he ran through the middle of the harbor running away from the two guards who had spotted him. That had been really fast. He had been careful, but it had been in vain. And he was sure of one thing. If those guys didn't kill him, Raven would. Look how she had warned him about keeping a low profile and controlling his scent. He had relaxed and now he was suffering the consequences.
• He quickened his pace. After a rumble he noticed that the guards behind him had ripped their clothes off and were beginning to transform without stopping moving. Rather, they were wreaking havoc in their path and he was not far behind. Like when he pushed a basket full of fruit that fell in the middle of the street in an attempt to outrun them.
