• I watched Melody sleep as I placed a tray of breakfast on the bedside table. I had tired her completely with session after session of pure wild sex. As if sensing my presence in the room, she stirred, then opened her eyes lazily. The first thing she did was smile, then sniffed the air as the aroma of the beef sausages, warm, freshly baked toast, and coffee wafted into her nostrils.
• "Good morning, babe." I bent over the side of the bed and kissed her cheek. She mumbled "good morning" in a groggy voice, then tried sitting up. She loudly winced, closing her eyes tightly for a few seconds. I felt sorry for her because I knew she was sore, but she would heal soon. I extended my hand for her to take, then helped her sit up, careful not to cause more pain.
