Chapter 51

• When doctor Raymond took Angel to his home based lab, he had to take some more time to research on her condition , after two weeks , he came and tried what he thought would work but it did not , he was frustrated but6 he did not give up, he went back to the drawing board and sought for another formula that would help deal with her condition , after one and half months of trial, doctor Raymond finally succeeded , he could not hide his joy , he could not believe that he finally made it , other doctors will have to hear about it , not he still has a lot of work to do , Angel can now hear and speak , that was the best news in her life , she could not believe that people will no longer talk without her hearing what they are saying , the biggest joy to her is that doctor Raymond manage to save her and her baby and this time round when she gives birth, she will be able to talk to her baby , unlike the situation with her twin daughters who had never had a chance to hear their mothers voice and she too had never heard of their voices , she can't wait to hear them call her mom. On thinking about this emotions began overpowering her and tears started welling again , now that she remembers , she misses her children terribly , and she does not know when next she will see them but she is going to be strong until she meets them again . Angel has now decided to become a strong and independent woman , her new abilities have given her new heightened confidence she did not think she would ever possess.
• If not for the fact that she is heavily pregnant she would have gone all out celebrating but now she has to stay calm for her baby's sake , she does not want him being hurt ,the doctor told him that she is expecting a baby boy and that good news to her since she already has two daughters , having a son will makes things more wonderful.
• Doctor Raymond has been teaching her the basics of communication , he vowed to take care of Angel as his own daughter until she gives birth and even after , she has helped him realize his biggest dream and now he is contented with everything , he regularly checks up on her , bringing her everything she might need from time to time , most of the time , he spends giving her many stories that would help her adapt to speaking and it is greatly helping .
