• Daddy you don't know, this woman is very mean, she talks rudely to mommy and to us too ,we just wanted to teach her a lesson so that she can know her place. Okay tell me, what did you do to her ,to the extent that she went to the hospital? We just added some salt in her drink , nothing much and we didn't think it could harm her , it's just the salt we also consume. Maxwell was surprised, shut up, where did you learn that from ,you are not supposed to do something that can harm someone else ,even if they have wronged you,you could have waited for me to get home and tell me,you can see she is a pregnant woman,what if you hurt the baby in her belly, ? He asked , we are sorry daddy , they said together but Nina left crying, Angel didn't understand what they were saying but one thing she knew was that Nina will always cry when someone close shouts at her ,so most probably her father shouted at her just now, she will find out.
• Later in the evening, everyone was present for dinner, they ate in silence and after that everyone went to their respective rooms to sleep. Angel took the chance to ask Max about the issue when they got to their room,. She asked if he shouted at the kids and he agreed, yes I did to caution them ,what they did wasn't right even if the woman did something wrong. So you are siding with her now? Asked Angel. No darling if they did something wrong then I should tell them it's not right, furthermore,the baby she is carrying is my blood, what if something happens to the baby ? What do you think will happen. Angel didn't expect Maxwell to speak in that manner, she felt something heavy on her chest. This feeling is not good, she slowly got up and opened the door, Maxwell panicked, he thought there was something wrong with her , but Angel assured her that all was well, she said that she needed a glass of water, he offered to get it for her but she rejected the offer and said that she will get it herself . Angel went to the kitchen and got a glass of water, after taking afew sips , she felt tears welling up ,she didn't want to cry in her house so she quickly picked the car keys around and left the house, she drove to nowhere in particular for a couple of minutes.
• Maxwell has been waiting for Angel for a while but she hasn't come back ,he decides to check in the kitchen but she wasn't there, he looked for her but she was nowhere to be found , he went out and the guard told him that she had driven out.
