Chapter 6

• After everything, Angel is driven to the venue together with her cousins and friends, words can't explain the kind of joy she has right now, Maxwell was already there, very eager waiting for the priest to pronounce them husband and wife, he knew after that everything will be well with them, His appearance baffled the people present, they didn't know who to look at since the bride and the groom looked very beautiful and pleasing to the eye.
• When the priest came, they were called over, Angel was brought forward by her parents who looked very happy with shining faces, on could tell that they treasured the moment. celebrations were on going, clapping and congratulations were heard from every corner of the hall, they exchanged their marriage vows and the rings too, when the priest told Maxwell to kiss the bride, everybody in the hall stared at him with admiration, the kiss was not light but slow and passionate as if it carried all his emotions at the moment, people were busy recording the beautiful scene , countless pictures were taken and people started posting the newly Weds online congratulating them, there was no doubt, the couple was adorable, they received the gifts and we'll wishes before leaving the venue, the celebration will still be ongoing but they were tired from all the dancing and talking to friends, they needed to leave and let the rest enjoy themselves to their satisfaction. In the same day they had to go for honeymoon for the next one week, they had planned for two weeks but due to work related matters they had to shorten the period all in all looking forward to going on more vacations in the future.
• They're in their hotel room communicating in their unique way, this is the best moment of my life ,I have never been this Happy before, I never thought happiness would come my way with love but am glad and I thank God for bringing you into my life, I think I should write down all what has happened since we met for future memories, they can't be forgotten, Angel told Maxwell. Maxwell smiled widely, you could see his eyes shinning with love, I never had such joy too in the past ,I think you came into my life for a purpose I will forever remain grateful for the trip that got us meeting, you know I fell the change in me, I rarely smiled in the past, I hadn't felt as alive as now, all thanks to you Angel, for sure you are an angel sent from above to redeem this soul, they laughed at the same time ,it was a peaceful moment,. Moses who was Maxwell's trusted man has been watching them from time to time, he found it hard to believe that their ever tough boss would be this soft because of love, love is magical, he said to himself, they would be leaving soon so he had prepared everything they needed and the cars too, Maxwell had bought a new mansion that they would be living in after their honeymoon , he wanted them to live peacefully that was why he had bought it far from the palace , the decorations were according to Angel's liking and everything was set what was left was for them to settle in.
• They left the hotel that held their beautiful memories and went home to face the life of a couple, at first Angel could not believe that she was now a married woman, but now she did she believed that marriage was a beautiful thing from the few days they had spent together with Maxwell.
• Their home was lovely and Angel liked it, she had challenges communicating with the workers, Max suggested hiring someone who she could talk to easily when he was not around, that was a great idea.at least things would be easy when he was at work, she had wanted to work but max didn't agree with her. They hired an older woman almost her mother's age she was glad she would not be spending the day bored with no one to talk to. They will be going with her wherever she would be going.
• Max had had lots of businesses to attend to so he will not be staying home with her but everything was okay between them.
• This weekend Max will be traveling for a business trip for almost two weeks, his competitors have not been giving him an easy time he had some challenges and had to travel out of the country if he wanted to fix all that, he was feeling bad leaving Angel alone for that long but he could not take her along with him, it's not like he was going to have fun, the meetings will not be friendly, he had that other side of him that doesn't know how to go easy or take in nonsense. He has been very soft for the past one year and that is why his associates and competitors tried messing with him, maybe they thought he was a changed man after getting married, he had not told most of them for his own peace of mind but they called to congratulate him some with mockery and other funny tones he wondered how they got the information but then with the technology everywhere everything is possible. Maxwell didn't mind then but now he does, there's security around his home and all that but that can't guarantee her safety when he's gone, he needs to think straight, what will he do, he can't take her along and he's afraid of leaving her here with only workers, as he was thinking he felt a soft touch on his shoulder and immediately he knew it was Angel, there was that feeling her touch gave him every time even though unintentional, he can't stop himself from feeling the sweetness in his heart, he pulled her from the back and kissed her on the chick, that was all it took for Angel to loose control over herself, she instead kissed him back on the lips, God, he tasted divine ,she closed her eyes to enjoy the feeling, it was heavenly, the kiss went deeper, Max forgot what he was thinking about and was carried away by this beautiful feeling, they kissed passionately until Angel found it hard to breath, they parted to catch their breaths, Angel found herself biting her lower lip again, it was a bit swollen from all the kissing but it seemed that she didn't quench her thirst completely, without notice, she caught him lips once more, Maxwell had been trying to contain his feelings but at this rate, he lost his defense, he carried her up the stairs without breaking the kiss and went to their room, Angel was so much turned on , with her hands on his back, they dropped on the bed, and had their steamy session. Angel could not count how many rounds they had before she fell asleep, she could vaguely feel his hands around her waist.
• Maxwell thought the woman on the best was the best in the whole world, he kissed her on the forehead and noticed she was fast asleep, he wrapped his hands around her waist and closed his eyes to sleep too, too bad sleep was not coming his way he found himself thinking of what to do with this Angel of his when he was gone. He thought for a while and the only reasonable place he could think about was the palace, he knew the people there were not very nice but he also knew that they can't do anything to her , she was now his wife, he will have to discuss it with her the next day and see what she thinks, if need be, she will go there with her interpreter.
