• Don't worry son , she will be okay , you need to keep being strong for your kids and you never know she might be back , i know it feels bad and your mother did wrong but then what's done is done , we can not overturn the situation, you can bring them over to the palace on weekends at least they need to spend some time with someone else. Okay dad, thank you . It's well now be strong , i will get going and we will keep looking for Angel. With that the king left, the kids hugged him and went back to play, in the evening when they went home, the nanny wasn't in the sitting as usual , it was rare not to find her there, when Maxwell asked the guard about her , he was directed to a specific room which was set for Grace, the guard said that the madam experienced labor pains and on contacting him , he was unreachable so the doctors went into action to help her deliver but then they had stayed in there for hours.Maxwell instructed the twins to go upstairs and then he headed to the room but on getting at the door, his mind told him otherwise, as he thought, 'even though this woman is having my baby, she is not my wife, i never even attended to my wife when she gave birth to our daughters and so i think this is not right, maybe i should just go upstairs , when the baby is born they will let me know, ' with that thought in mind , he turned around and left though feeling uneasy about the whole thing , he went to his room and freshened up.
• Two hours later , the doctor calls for him and informs him that , Grace had a safe delivery and that they have another girl, his mood was better but the moment he heard that they had a girl , his mood became sour, his mother had forced the woman to him claiming that she was carrying a son for him and now she gives birth to a girl , his hatred for her increases , he feels used and played but all in all, he can not hate on his own blood but for the mother , they will never come into good terms. When everything was okay , the doctors left leaving behind a nurse who will help with the baby for some time , he doesn't go in to see them , he's still mad, he goes back upstairs , picks a hood and heads out, obviously to his usual spot, LAZYCASH CLUB. He has a favorite corner that no one else is allowed to stay, he gets there and orders a few drinks and starts drinking. While in deep thoughts , he remembers his wife and this is the last thing he wants to experience, the despair , the loneliness, and the pain of not having her around , he gulps down a whole bottle of beer as if it's going to peal of the memories .
• That night , Maxwell did not go back home, he had drunk excessively , in the morning , the twins wake up and go to his room as usual but on getting there , they did not find him, so they asks the nanny about his whereabouts and the nanny told them that their had had gone not come home but hopefully he will be home soon , she thought they would understand but she was wrong , Nina immediately began crying , Tina followed suit, daddy doesn't want us anymore , cried Nina , yes he's tired of us just like mommy ,and now they have all left us, added Tina and the crying grew louder, the nanny was confused , she did not see that coming and she did not think that the kids would think in such a manner, she asked them to stop crying that their dad will soon be home , but Nina retorted, i know he is not coming back , that is how he has been telling us that mommy is coming , but she has not come back to us , tell us nanny , are we terrible children ? asked Tina. Out of no where Grace who was on a wheelchair answered , yes you are that's why none of your parents wants to be close to you , now see how you have been left alone , this sentence broke their last hope and they hugged each other and cried so bad, the attempt of the nanny to silence them fell on deaf ears, they cried themselves to sleep , the nanny carried them upstairs and left them to sleep a little more, she was feeling sorry for the kids but then the was nothing she could do , she knew her boss was not bad and would not leave them behind since he loves them so much. She thought Grace was a good person but what has happened has made her see the reason why Angel left, how can she be so mean to innocent kids , her mouth is so foul, now she dislikes her. It's about 11am when Maxwell comes back home but he's surprised that the kids are not playing in the garden , he asks the nanny and she tells him that they are still asleep, this is so unusual and new to Maxwell so he rushes upstairs.
