Chapter 10 The Suggestion

• As he walked on the carefully expensive tiles, his expensive black leather shoe reverberated, the powerful aroma of his perfume captivating everyone in the boardroom, and the room grew frigid as he stepped in. Miranda trailed behind him, clutching some files in her hands as she exclaimed over the size of the boardroom, which had everyone on their feet in a show of respect for his presence.
• Andrew proceeded to his seat on the single portion in the center with authority and sat down comfortably. Miranda sat hesitantly in the chair beside him after he ushered her to do the same. She could feel the other women in the room staring at her, and she couldn't figure out why! Before they sat down, everyone, including the board members, waited for him to take his seat.
• " Let's get this meeting started," says Andrew. They all opened the folders in front of them once he revealed it.
