• Vladimir’s pov.
• I paced my room severally, I knew I was playing a dangerous game but I didn't think it would end soon. I was thinking I had more time to gather my information on her. I went to her cabin and she had already left. I wasn't sad or angry, I knew I would always find her one way or the other. Her features and scent have been burned into my memory like coal. The only problem is telling my father that I am going to look for my mate because she disappeared.
• I would have to tell him that my mate is a werewolf and that would begin a while lecture of how that is impossible and I was making things up because I didn't want to be king. I have never run away from my responsibilities before and I wasn't going to start now but my dad was untrusting ever since Stevenson left this clan in search of his mate and never came back to it. He was always worried that everyone was going to do the same.
